My parents started having their fleet serviced at the Parker location in 2014. I began taking my cars to the Centennial location in 2015 and now use the Broadway location for everything since it's closest to home. I take new cars there to be checked over. I take our vehicles there for service. They do our major repairs too. I am a female that is treated fairly and not upsold on every service. Recommendations are provided so I know what to expect and what's needed. They send a text with a link to all the information in their system, along with pictures. I bought a used car from the dealership next door that sold me a smoking Explorer with turbos out, water pump not working and parts falling off. I had all the pictures from Pride Auto to show the dealership and it helped get me out of that Exploder. I will ALWAYS use Pride Auto and now my daughter in her 20s uses them too. Highly recommended.
