Brought our car in for a CEL, oil change and some pre-emptive maintenance that needed doing. They took care of all that and even found some LEGITIMATE items that could have turned into REALLY expensive repairs later down the road. They didn't try to upsell or doom and gloom things to get more money out of us. They called and covered a Lyft to take me back to work when I dropped off our car. Really appreciate that they take pictures and even videos to help explain issues. They had a web page with a go / no go itemized list of repairs and costs for me to mull over at my leisure. They even gave me a loaner when there was a parts snafu that caused a delay in the repairs. Overall, very happy with my Pride Auto Care experience.
