While no one ever wants to take their car in to solve big issues, the team at Pride Auto Care made the process as painless as possible. I bought a sweet old Subaru that has needed a bit of love. Our first visit was due to issues with my A/C - and instead of taking the shortcut of scrapping the whole compressor, they took the time to find the ACTUAL problem... a broken sensor! Replacing this one piece, instead of the whole unit, saved us hundreds of dollars. Through the whole process, they kept me updated with photos from their tests and phone calls to explain the details (in layman's terms) so I knew exactly what the issue was and my options moving forward. Shoutout to Dan for making sure I stayed cool this summer in my car!
