Feels like the kind of shop that just wants your cash. Told me years back my car's transmission had max two months town driving left and quoted 2500 for the job. Almost three years later, countless drives across the state and around, did the transmission finally need a hand. They also wanted 130 dollars to not fix, but diagnose my car. I get this is Parker, and people sneeze money, but 130 to look at my car and tell me what's wrong and not fix it is just too much for someone like me. customer service seems ok, but that's about it. might be good for a second opinion, if you can afford it.
Nathan, Its unfortunate that in today's social media world, that the opportunity exists to leave a negative feed back when someone doesn't even have to be at or come into ones business. Pride Auto Care from the beginning of time has always taken pride in being as transparent as possible with our customers. Your phone inquiry yesterday was addressed as I would hope all business would do by providing you with honest and truthful up front pricing. Although I wish that all things of this type could be addressed at n/c charge, cost of operating a business and our employee's financial well being is held at the utmost priority. Unlike some businesses that promise free Diagnostic service these charges are just rolled into the cost of the needed repairs, or after the fact you are presented with a bill for the diagnostic service. Please know that if at any time we can offer you quality work or repairs. Thanks Again Leland Wagner Manager Pride Auto Care
