Not only that, but upon buying a new car which had some unforeseen issues, Brian and team actually spent hours on the phone negotiating and pleading my case with a warranty team, ensuring over $2500 of repairs were fully covered on my vehicle. They aren't pushy, they are willing to work with you on timing and unusual requests or trying to save on labor, and have never pushed me to do an unnecessary repair while still keeping me informed of all places to watch on my vehicles. Pride auto is a great shop to use as your family-long term mechanic. Build a relationship here and they won't let you down! I'm sure you could find a mechanic that offers slightly cheaper services, but Pride is fair, they offer discounts, and the relationship and service are worth a lot more to me when my car breaks down!
