They are very kind and go over everything with you. I love how they tell you that they will look at everything and only fix what needs to be fixed instead of just trying to get money out of you.

The team does what they say they're going to do and treats me fairly. Years ago my family was going on a road trip at Christmas and we had car trouble the night before we were to leave. They got me in the next morning and I was on the road within an hour. Who does that anymore?
