I contacted Pride Auto after failing my emissions test. When I called in, I was treated very kindly and was told that I could bring my car right in. I took it in and I met with Bryan. He explained everything in detail the steps they would be taking to find the issue and the cost wouldbe to do that. They were able to look at my car that afternoon and I was then contacted. I told them to go ahead and get the part and fix it. I felt that I was treated very kindly and very professionally, and never thought anything about them doing the work on my car. The car was done when they said it would be, and Bryan even contacted me to let me know when the part came in as I requested. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others. Thank you Pride Auto for taking such great care of me and my car.

Pride Auto Care is great. Very good at communication, always knew what was going on with my car. Open and honest about what NEEDED to be done. Repairs were completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Seem to be strong believers in "fix the cheap things first", which I greatly appreciate.
