Pride Auto Care is one of the most up front service centers I've ever used. No surprises translates to no hard feelings. The work promised was performed promptly and at the cost given and I was shown the old parts. The employees are friendly. I never felt like I was being given the "bum's rush" because that's not how Pride conducts business. I am happy with the experience.

Very impressed and thankful for nick and pride auto. I was visiting in Parker scheduled to drive back to Arizona when my driver side window motor and regulator broke with the window down. They got me in on a Friday, evaluated the situation, got the parts in and repaired the window that day. They were considerate enough to squeeze me in on a busy Friday, and were so honest and professional in dealing with me. My daughter and son in law who live in Parker were also very excited to “now” find an auto repair shop that they can trust to work on their cars in the future. Outstanding service! I moved to Colorado 2+ years ago, and had been "shopping around" for a place to service my car. A few years back I had learned to value of finding an ASE-certified shop. For a recent repair, I went to Pride Auto Care in Parker, and I'm SO glad I did! They did a great job for me, were efficient and courteous. They did both a repair and a routine service. Exceptional customer service with very fair pricing! Our family recently moved to Parker, from out of state. We had been searching for an auto care shop to call ‘our place’. I am happy to say- we have found it! Highly recommend!
