Pride auto is an amazing place. I have been going there for the last 10 years and have several cars that I bring. they always tell me what their inspection of the car shows and then give me options for what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. I always trust their opinion and honesty. It gives me great comfort to know that they are so open. Often if it is something minor they just fix it and do not charge. Last week, one of my tires had a slow leak, they fixed it and did not charge. I cannot give Pride Auto a higher recommendation. Ty and Jody stand out especially. I think they should both get big raises and be given the gift of driving the luxury cars again.

Professional and accommodating. Kept me updated with their phone calls and automated text messages for review of invoices. They provided rides to and from the shop to my home. Great service!

I just wanted to follow up a review I had prior, and for the record say that while I felt frustrated from getting my car back and it not starting and like the fluid levels had not been looked at- I do feel much better and they towed my car back in at their expense and then addressed a new problem with me and worked with me on a fair deal, I believe they did have my best interest in mind.

My daughter needed new tires on her KIA. We used Pride Auto because we’ve heard so many good things. I learned from her that she had a fantastic experience. Everyone was so nice and it didn’t take long at all. I also felt like the prices were very competitive. I will definitely be back!

Pride Auto Care took great care of our vehicles for both basic maintenance and repairs. They are very competitively priced and they have an amazing computer system that the mechanics use to actually show you pictures of your vehicle's parts and fluids and you can approve the work electronically or keep it for your to-do list. Of course they call you to go over it verbally too. It's such an amazing tool and the service we received was top notch. I wasn't pressured into anything and they took time to thoroughly explain options to me.
