Possibly competent work? Years ago I got charged for a ceramic brake job on a 1999 pick up (which certainly did NOT have ceramic brakes. Parents recently took in the same truck, now theirs, and the brake lights magically stopped working when they got it back. I'd recommend calling a tow truck to take you to a different shop if you broke down in their parking lot.

Overall a great value for auto maintenance and a bonus is that they can usually get you an appointment within a day or two. They will keep you coming back.

After having a coil replaced on a cylinder in my car, I continued to feel chugging when I drove the car. Pride was able to determine that the problem was an excessive build up of carbon, and they cleaned it out at no additional charge to me. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I was thrilled with the level of service I received when I brought my car in for new brakes. I received a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done and the breakdown of what was charged. I was taken promptly and the work was completed when promised. I think they are terrific and would not hesitate to use them again.
