We took our car to Pride Auto Care after 3 attempts at another local shop to resolve a coolant boiling issue. Pride diagnosed and fixed on the first visit, what the other shop missed 3 times. Very professional, reasonable rates, no up-selling. I will definitely bring my care to them in the future.

Pride auto is the best place to take your car and not fear being ripped off. We've had both our cars in there for different problems and they were very honest and upfront about any work that needed to be done and whether or not it was even worth fixing. Every employee we've encountered has been very friendly and helpful. Our cars get serviced in a timely manner as well and if they think it's going to take longer than normal, they let us know upfront. Their prices are by far the best in the area as well. We won't take our cars anywhere else.

Pride Auto has always treated us well and this time was no different. I called at the last minute on Friday night to see if they could get our vehicle in on Saturday. They were able to, so we dropped it off that night. The next day they called and said they had found the problem and the cost was less than $50! I trust them to be honest about what needs to be done to our vehicles.

Been going here for 15 plus years..... They can be trusted and have never steered me wrong, not the cheapest, but when it comes to my vehicles that I depend on, I'm willing to pay a little more to be sure it's done right the 1st time.

After hearing from another shop that I needed new brakes, roters and calipers that was going to cost $1200, a friend recommended Prime Auto Care. I called and explained the situation, they got me right in and were able to get new brakes installed that same day! Even better, they gave me an honest estimate on the car which only consisted of new brake pads and roters! Tye, the technician gave me a full breakdown of what was needed and even explained that the last shop was trying to take my money. I was very satisfied with their services and have definitely found an auto shop that I will be going to in the future for all of my automotive needs.

Fantastic service at a fantastic price. Quick turnaround and friendly employees. I went in expecting a new a.c. compressor and they diagnosed and it just needed a tweak and a recharge. Honest mechanics. I won't take my car anywhere else.

My windshield wiper wasn't working so I pulled in here to see if they had any idea what was wrong. The guy at the counter came out, tightened a bolt and didn't charge anything. Fantastic service!!

Yesterday I had an automotive problem caused by parking atop a concrete stop, which left me with the undercarriage cover dragging on the ground. They were swamped at Pride Auto, I couldn't even find parking and it was nearing closing time, so I figured they would ask me to come back. Instead, Jody came out and got down on the cold pavement and installed clips to hold the cover in place. I tried to pay for him doing this, but he just wished me a happy New Year and waved goodbye. That's what I call customer service! There have been bigger problems that Pride has taken care of over the past several years, and I have always been very satisfied with the work done and the cost of same. That's why I keep going back!
