The management and ownership definitely are not what they appear. They won’t give prices over the phone and bait the customers in for a estimate. Also it’s real shady that employees write reviews to try and keep there rating up. Stay away.

For a fair estimate on what the vehicle needs and cost of repairs, we give you the awesome opportunity of a free initial assessment with ASE certified master technicians to provide a true quote. If they figure it out during the initial assessment there is no charge at all or a recommendation by them if we need to run advanced diagnostic procedures to get to the root of the problem. With how many subtle differences there are on vehicles we truly can’t provide phone quotes anymore since they will always be wrong and that is not fair to our clients. That’s why we give the valuable time with our amazing technicians to make sure you get a quote that you can hold us the the penny on. Bryan our new advisor did write a review on our operation based on a repair we pulled off for him. He found himself broken down as well and in need of a complicated repair. Between all our shops we moved mountains to make sure we took care of our clients first but also our own employee. He has worked for other shops and was blown away at the service he received as a employee that he felt compelled to write of his experience as well.
