I brought my 2008 Jeep Liberty into Pride Auto on Broadway for heater issues and also asked them to check into three warning lights that were appearing on the dashboard. Jody was the service agent I spoke with. They fixed the problems indicated by the warning lights, and they replaced the thermostat and a couple of radiator hoses and that seemed to fix my heater issues. However, a couple of weeks later my heater failed once again, so I brought it back to Pride. Jody immediately accepted responsibility for finding the root cause of my heater problem. Within a couple of hours they flushed out the heater core which resolved the problem, and they did it free of charge. What really impressed me was Jody’s customer service. During my initial visit he was very friendly and attentive. He patiently listened to what I had to say and, during the couple of days that were required for repairs, he kept me informed. When I returned a couple of weeks later to report that the heater was still malfunctioning, he immediately took responsibility and assured me he would get it fixed at no additional cost to me.
