The engine in my 2012 Kia Sportage burned out due to faulty machining when manufactured (part of a recall) and they did not charge me for just looking at it. That meant more to me then they realize. They took a step further and called the local Kia dealership for me to find out more about the recall and engine troubles so the dealership knew the situation and knew my car was coming to them. They did all of that before they even called me back to tell me what they knew. So I was completely informed and prepared! Pride Auto Care is thorough, caring, and patient. I feel they completely comprehend their customer’s needs! Outstanding!!

Pride Auto Care is the best! They are honest, reliable and dependable. They truly care about their customers. I just had service done on my car and they found that the gasket on my oil pan was leaking. They quoted me a price to repair it, but suggested I check with the dealership first as it should be covered under warranty. They were correct. What awesome customer service!!
