AMAZING customer service!!! We were 4 hours from home when my family broke down near Denver. The tow truck dropped off our jeep to Kermit and the crew at RPPride. I soon learned how fortunate we were, as Pride Auto Care personalized their service and treated us as if we were long time local customers. Kermit updated me on the status of the repair as his team worked tirelessly to get my family back on the road as quickly as possible. As it became clear that the repair was evolving into something bigger than expected, Pride held good to their word and stuck to their original estimate. As an out of towner broken down in the "big city", I expected to be taken advantage of; however, Pride Auto Care does business the old fashioned way. Whether you're local or not, expect to be treated fairly, honestly, and with the highest integrity to back up the repair on your vehicle. I wish there were more stars to rate this company, or maybe I'll drive 4 hours the next time I need an oil change; I already know that my Jeep and I would both be very happy.
