I was given phenomenal assistance at Pride Auto Care. The staff was completely helpful from start to finish, and answered all of my questions about the work they suggested. Even when I was expecting to arrive a few minutes after closing to pick up my vehicle, the helpful gentleman at the desk was totally willing to stay late to ensure I was able to drive home that day. Above and beyond customer service. As someone who knows very little about cars, I am always concerned that mechanics could be trying to upsell and add on unnecessary work. I never felt that was the case here, and that the staff was truly looking out for me and my car's best interest. I would absolutely trust them to work on my car again.
